McMillon Avenue Southwest (formerly Richard Avenue) is a residential street in the Arlington-West End neighborhood. The street begins at 2nd Street Southwest, south of the Arlington Home, and bends to cross Lomb Avenue just north of Elmwood Cemetery.

The street jogs southward at 12th Street Southwest and fronts Woodward Park for two blocks, before jogging slightly again to a cul-de-sac beyond 14th Street Southwest.

McMillon picks up again just west of Harrison Park at 17th Street Southwest, jogging northward at 18th Street Southwest. It ends at 19th Street Southwest, just shy of merging with Steiner Avenue Southwest.

The section between 2nd Street Southwest and Lomb Avenue was dedicated in 2011 to Colonel Stone Johnson, who resides on the street.
