It also produces a syndicated radio program hosted by Sims and offers a clothing line featuring its Yellowhammer bird silhouette logo.

In 2014 former Mobile Register investigative reporter Eddie Curran revealed ties between Yellowhammer and Alabama House of Representatives Mike Hubbard, along with Sims former employer, the SAHR Group lobbyists and political consultants and identified the site as part of a smear campaign against Alabama Public Service Commission member Terry Dunn.
