Avon Place is a two-story 11,400 square-foot commercial building at 700-708 29th Street South in Lakeview. It was constructed in 1910 and currently houses Nana Funks bar. Former tenants include Barrett Architecture Studio and the Pitts & Zanaty law firm.
In 2014 Lotus Properties sold the building to 29th Street Properties for $1.04 million.
