Kelly Creek Commerce Park is a 172-acre industrial park developed as a joint venture of Graham & Co. and Capstone Real Estate Investments, adjoining Red Diamond's corporate headquarters on Kelly Creek Road in Moody. The project was dedicated in February 2023.
