Antwan Elias Garnem (born July 16, 1939 in Lebanon; died July 20, 2022) was a restaurateur.

Antwan was the son of Elias and Josephine Garnem. He married in 1960 and immigrated from Beirut with his brothers Joseph and Raymond to the United States in 1972.

Garnem opened Antoine's Restaurant in 1984 at 2108 7th Avenue South. When his landlords sold the building to become the site of a parking lot for Arby's in 1992 he relocated the business to Cahaba Heights.

Garnem and his wife Zmorrod ("Mora") were active members of St Elias Maronite Church. He died on St Elias' feast day in 2022 and was buried at Elmwood Cemetery.
