'''The Taste of Fourth Avenue Jazz Festival''' is held annually in Birmingham, Alabama's 4th Avenue North Historical District, jointly sponsored by the [[Alabama Jazz Hall of Fame]] and [[Urban Impact of Birmingham]].  Music starts at 2:00 pm and continues until midnight.  In addition to music, the event offers food, swing dance lessons and exhibits, as well as films in the Carver Theatre (as part of the [[Sidewalk Film Festival]]).  The festival features nationally known jazz artists, as well as some of the best of local jazz talent.
