Mark R. Hall (born c. 1959) is a retired Helena Police Department chief and succeeded Sonny Penhale as Mayor of Helena after winning a runoff in the 2012 election.
Hall graduated from Montevallo High School and received a degree in criminal justice from University of Alabama. He spent 30 years in law enforcement, including 4 years as Helena's police chief.
Hall and his wife Kathy have one son, Halen.
