Homewood Church of God is located at 1631 26th Avenue South in the Rosedale section of Homewood. It erected its present building in 1950 and was previously located at 1906 Lynn Boulevard. It is a historically African American congregation affiliated with the Church of God (Anderson, Indiana) movement.
