Meadow Brook 300 in March 2010

Meadow Brook 300 is a 101,527 square-foot, 5-story office building at 300 Corporate Parkway in the Meadow Brook Corporate Park. It was built in 1988. The bow-fronted, sleek granite and glass-clad building, faces southeast, toward the larger of two artificial lakes in the office park.

From 2004 to 2010 the building was leased by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama for its Cahaba Government Benefit Administrators division. That office was consolidated with other Blue Cross offices in the larger Meadow Brook 500 building.
