The Bluff Park Village Shopping Center is an 80,055 square-foot shopping center located on 10.84 acres at 2142-2146 Tyler Road, near the intersection of Clearview Road in Hoover's Bluff Park community. It was built in 1992 and is owned by Harden Properties.
In 2020 the City of Hoover approved an incentive package of up to $3.5 million to facilitate Harden's planned $9.5 million redevelopment and expansion of the shopping center, to include the relocation of the Piggly-Wiggly supermarket at Shades Mountain Plaza.
