William Michael "Mike" Warren (born 1947) was CEO of Energen for 22 years and is currently CEO of Children's Hospital.

Warren was an attorney with Bradley, Arant, Rose & White until 1983 when he left to become general counsel for Alagasco. A year later he was named president of Alagasco, and then in 1997 became CEO of its parent corporation, Energen, where he also served as chairman of the board.

He announced his retirement in 2007, in keeping with the tradition of Energen executives retiring at age 60.
