Behavioral Health Systems is a company which provides employee assistance programs to businesses. It was founded in 1989 by former hospital executive Deborah Stephens. The company offers lifestyle counseling, substance abuse testing and treatment, mental health services and comprehensive wellness programs to business clients.

Behavioral Health Systems' offices are located at 2 Metroplex Drive near Brookwood Medical Center.
