Good Shepherd Episcopal Church was a mission of the Episcopal Diocese of Alabama in East Lake located at 217 77th Street North. It was established in 1915 and began building its chapel in 1921. Among the clergy who served it was Carl Henckell. The mission remained active into at least the 1940s. City directories list the site as the church through at least 1959. It later served as a preschool and an antique store.
