Scarlett Singleton (born c. 1979 in Florence) is a prosecutor for the U. S. Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama.

Singleton is the daughter of Florence's chief of police and waitressed at the family's barbecue restaurant before earning her undergraduate degree at Birmingham-Southern College. She spent a summer as an intern at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia and completed law school at Harvard University. She clerked for a federal appeals court judge in Memphis and interned at Bradley Arant before joining the U. S. Attorney's office in 2005.
