Jinsei

Jinsei is a Japanese restaurant owned by John Cassimus and Charleston Wilson and located in Homewood's SoHo Square. The restaurant opened in June 2006 and features hot and cold dishes and sushi as well as several types of sake, wine and champagne, which will be made available by the glass.

The head chef of Jinsei is Nobuhito Kadoma, a 20-year veteren of Japanese restaurants in Osaka, Los Angeles and Aspen.
