14th Street Parking Deck

The 14th Street Parking Deck (PD14S) is a 6-level, 405,000 square-foot, 1,150-space enclosed parking deck on the southern half of Block 182, site of former Cooper Green Deck, adjacent to Cooper Green Mercy Hospital, across 7th Avenue South from the Hill University Center, and across 14th Street South from Bartow Arena. It was built for $32 million beginning in 2022, and opened in 2024.
