Arby's is a fast-food chain specializing in thin-sliced roast beef sandwiches. The chain made its initial appearance in the Birmingham area during the summer of 1969 with three locations.

- 1st Avenue North in Roebuck (1969-2005)
- U. S. Highway 31 in Vestavia Hills (1969-present)
- 105 South Colonial Drive, Promenade Alabaster (2007-)
