The Birmingham Presbytery of the Blue Ridge Synod of the Presbyterian Church in the USA was the regional body of the Presbyterian Church in the USA (PCUSA) for African American congregations. It was part of the Blue Ridge Synod of the Presbyterian Church in the USA. When the PCUSA merged with the Presbyterian Church in North America to form the United Presbyterian Church in the USA in 1958, segregated synods were eliminated. The churches in the Blue Ridge Synod became part of the Mid-South Synod, and Birmingham-area churches part of its Birmingham Presbytery.
Churches in the presbytery included:
- Bethel Presbyterian Church
- John Calvin Presbyterian Church
- Miller Memorial Presbyterian Church, Enon Ridge
- Shelby Friend Presbyterian Church
