The address has been used by B. F. Thayer bookseller (1887), clothier (1891), Midway Saloon (1897), Amuse-U Theater (1911), Silver's 5 and 10 Cent Store (1939), Chalifoux-LaPointe Music Company, Baker's shoe store (1976)
The building was renovated by Ladd Real Estate.
