Beaconview Apartments is a 250-unit apartment complex located at 1257 Beacon Parkway East.

On May 5, 2010 Marqualius Hakeen Harris, 18, was found shot to death after a gunfight in a breezeway at the complex that left two others wounded. The shooter was found to have been acting in self defense. A September 19 fire claimed three more lives and destroyed 10 units in one building in the complex.
