107-109 20th Street South was a small two-story brick office building located at 107-109 20th Street South. It was demolished prior to construction of Cityville 121 in 2010.
The ground level has housed the following:
- 107: Reed Books
- 109: C. E. Davey Co. machines (1941-1964), Seco Equipment Co./Simmons Electric Co. (1970), Scott's Koneys (1995-2007)
In 1970 the building's upper level tenants included:
- 200: Stark Lawson Real Estate
- 204: Barker Insurance Agency overflow
- 207: Barker Insurance Agency / Cinema City Productions of Jamaica movie producers
- 210: Barker & Co. Inc. insurance
