The 2003 City Stages was the 15th annual edition of "Birmingham's World-Class Music Festival".
This years festival, which was beset by heavy rains and thunderstorms for much of the weekend, was the last to be held in May before the event returned to Father's Day weekend.

The 2003 official poster was designed by Nashville printer Jim Sherraden.
