The 2003 North America Cup, the inaugural event in the series, was held June 14, 2003 at the Lakeshore Foundation. Paralympic teams representing the United States and Canada competed in Wheelchair Rugby, Wheelchair Basketball, and Women's Wheelchair Basketball.

The overall championship was awarded to the United States team.

The United States defeated the Canadian Rugby team 29-25 but lost in both Men's and Women's Basketball.
