The 2006 National Association of Free Will Baptists convention is being held at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex on July 16-19, 2006. Approximately 6,000 attendees were expected for the 70th annual conference, which was hosted by the Cahaba River Association of Free Will Baptists.
As part of the conferences, many attendees participated in "Impact Birmingham", a program of door-to-door evangelism, prayer walks, and service projects in the city. Many of the service project opportunities were centered around Forestdale Free Will Baptist Church.
