2101 Highland Avenue (sometimes called the A. G. Edwards Building) is a 7-story international-style office building located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Highland Avenue and 21st Street South.
An untitled John Paul Rietta sculpture is mounted outside the front entrance of the building. Originally a rust-orange color, it has since been painted dark brown.
In December 2007 the buidling was purchased by Melaver, Inc., a Savannah, Georgia-based developer which is also redeveloping the Federal Reserve Building.
At the time of its sale, tenants included, A. G. Edwards; Anderson Pewitt & Associates, Blankenship & Seay Consulting Group, Brock Investment Group, Business Interiors, Lusk Lusk Dowdy and Caldwell, Medical Staffing Network, SPM Inc., Southern Life & Health Insurance, Stephen Bradley & Associates, Turner & Associates, and Wettermark Holland and Keith.
