The Highland Court Apartments are a 1950s or 1960s apartment complex at 700 34th Street South.

The complex was sold to partners Michael Cooney, Brett Connor, Court Davis and Clint Choate for $1.5 million in June 2006. The partners plan to redevelop the property as 33 condominiums for a total of around $5.6 million, financed by Red Mountain Bank.

Erdreich Architecture is drawing up the plans for the reconstructed complex, which includes a swimming pool courtyard. The project is expected to reopen in spring 2007. The renovated complex will be named 700 A Condominium.
