The 880 Building, formerly known as Physicians Office Building 880, is a 144,296 square-foot office building located on the former Trinity Hospital campus at 880 Montclair Road. The building has an attached 6-level parking deck with 866 spaces.
In 2013 the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based Resource Real Estate sold the property for $2.3 million to local investors Andy Sink, Joe Sander III and Joe Sandner IV, organized as Montclair Office Partners LLC.
The Birmingham office of Colliers International, which is also run by Sandner IV and Sink, occupies office space in the building and manages and leases the property.
