Alfredo's Pizza Cafe is a pizzeria and casual Italian restaurant owned by Mo Suleiman and located at 803 Green Springs Highway in Homewood.

Suleiman's original location, at the Crestwood Festival Center, opened in 1995 and closed in March 2012. The second location originally opened at 2152 Pelham Parkway, but moved to Homewood in October 2011.

Alfredo's serves fresh pizzas, whole or by the slice, as well as calzones, pasta, sandwiches and lasagnas.
