Alfredo's Pizza Cafe is a pizzeria and casual Italian restaurant with two locations in the Birmingham District. The original restaurant opened in 1995 in the Eastwood Festival Centre. A second location later opened at 2152 Pelham Parkway, but closed before another location, at 803 Green Springs Highway, opened in October 2011.

Alfredo's serves fresh pizzas, whole or by the slice, as well as calzones, pasta, sandwiches and lasagnas.
