Alice Renee Speake (born November 4, 1985) is a library page at the Irondale Public Library, resident of the Glen Iris neighborhood, and a political organizer.

Speake completed a bachelor's degree in biology at UAB in 2021. She has previously worked as a teaching assistant, housekeeper, cook, server, tutor, courier, and office specialist.

Speake has canvassed for Planned Parenthood Southeast member of the Cell A65 executive committee. She previously volunteered on campaigns for Doug Jones, Danner Kline, Ryan Jones, Jenn Gray, Quang Do, and Elizabeth Warren.
