Alice Renee Speake (born November 4, 1985) is a library page at the Irondale Public Library, resident of the Glen Iris neighborhood, and a political organizer.
Speake graduated from Oconee County High School in Watkinsville, Georgia. She completed a bachelor's degree in biology at UAB in 2021. She has previously worked as a teaching assistant, housekeeper, cook, server, tutor, courier, and office specialist.
Speake has canvassed for Planned Parenthood Southeast member of the Cell A65 executive committee. She previously volunteered on campaigns for Doug Jones, Danner Kline, Ryan Jones, Jenn Gray, Quang Do, and Elizabeth Warren.
On June 29, 2021 she qualified to run for the Birmingham City Council District 3, in the 2021 Birmingham municipal election. As a candidate she has pledged to prioritized environmental justice, rent control, sustainable housing, infrastructure, accessibility, public amenities, public health and small business support.
