Allwin E. Horn III served from 1996 to June 2009 as a civil court judge on the 10th Judicial Circuit of Alabama.
Horn practiced law for 27 years before being appointed to the bench by Fob James. He ran unopposed for re-election as a Republican in 1998 and 2004.
