Arthur Patton Teele, III (born c. 1977 in Birmingham) is City Magistrate for Birmingham, Alabama in the Administration Division, as well as adjunct professor at Miles College.

Teele is the son of the late Arthur E. Teele Jr. a long time politician and lawyer in South Florida, and the late Celestra Patton Teele a medical provider in the Department of Anesthesia at University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Teele graduated from Florida Agriculture & Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida, and completed his Juris Doctorate of laws degree from Miles Law School in Birmingham, Alabama.

In February 2009 Teele married Jennifer Chappell, a Social Worker provider in the State of Texas, and Alabama.
