Avalon Condominiums in 2003

The Avalon Condominiums (originally the Avalon Apartments) are a three-story, gabled residential row at the corner of Highland Avenue and 13th Avenue South, facing Rushton Park. The buildings were erected in 1926 and designed by Charles McCauley.

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 7, 1985.
