Revenue Discovery Systems (RDS) is a private company providing tax auditing and collection services to municipal and state governments. It is a division of the Norfolk, Virginia-based Portfolio Recovery Associates.

The company entered Birmingham in 2005 with an office at 2317 3rd Avenue North. RDS leased additional space at Beacon Ridge Towers in 2011, and expanded its Birmingham operations in 2013 with a $200,000 incentive package from the City of Birmingham. They expected to add 200 positions with the expansion, bringing their local payroll to over 300 workers.

PRA closed the Birmingham RDS office on September 30, 2021, laying off 133 workers.
