Barbour-Cooper & Partners Inc., formerly Blalock, Barbour & Cooper, was a landscape architecture firm. It was acquired by Cecil Jones & Associates, civil engineers in April 1989.

The firm's commissions included a redevelopment plan for the Alabama State Fairgrounds and a public improvements plan for Five Point South.
