Bessemer Baptist Association was a regional association of Southern Baptist churches that existed from 1946 to 2020. It was formed out of the Birmingham Baptist Association (BBA) and reunited with the same to form the Birmingham Metro Baptist Association (BMBA). Barry Cosper served as its last director of mission from 2013 to 2020 and led the process of merging with BBA to form the BMBA.
