Dr. Bill Cleveland is the principal of Homewood Middle School.

Cleveland grew up in Homewood, attending Shades Cahaba Elementary School, Homewood Middle School, and graduating from Homewood High School in 1985.

Cleveland taught social studies first at Minor High School from 1991 to 1992, then at Bottenfield Junior High School from 1992 to 1998. He next returned to Minor to become assistant principal in 1998. In 2001, he became assistant principal of Spain Park High School in Hoover. He was hired as principal of Homewood Middle School in 2004.
