Birmingham Bake & Cook Company was a specialty cookware shop and demonstration kitchen located in the Inverness Highlands Shopping Center at 5291 Valleydale Road in Inverness. The store was opened in September 2008 by Susan Green.
In addition to exclusive lines of cookware and hard to find tools, the store offers cooking demonstrations and classes, a used cookbook exchange and a cake pan lending library.
