Fire Station number Five is the fire staition for the Birmingham International Airport. It houses Redbirds, or specializes airport fire apparatus, from both the Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service and the United States Air Force. It is also affiliated with the PEMCO Aeroplex Fire Department.
