The Birmingham Police Department East Precinct is a patrol division of the Birmingham Police Department which is headquartered in a windowless building at 600 Red Lane Road, behind the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Roebuck. The precinct is commanded by Captain Julie Quigley-Vining.
