The Birmingham Tank Company was a division of the [[Ingalls Iron Works Company]]. The tank and plate fabricating facility was located in North Birmingham. It was one of the first companies to use an all-welded process of tank construction. The company produced storage tanks, steel stacks, ductwork, and other products.
