Bistro V is a restaurant located at 521 Montgomery Highway in the Vestavia Place shopping center, next door to the Vestavia Hills City Hall. It is owned by Emily Tuttle and chef Jeremy Downey, both of whom worked at the City Hall Diner which previously occupied the space.
