Anna Lee "Boots" Carroll (born Oct. 7, 1930; died April 30, 2017 in Birmingham) was an actor and stage manager. She spent many years in creative collaboration with James Hatcher at the Town & Gown Theater.
In addition to her numerous stage credits, Carroll appeared in three feature films, including The Heart is a Lonely Hunter directed by Robert Ellis Miller.
