The Bottega Favorita is a 2-story, neo-classical building local located at 2240 Highland Avenue South in the Five Points South neighborhood of the Southside community. Completed in 1926, this was designed by Warren, Knight and Davis. Opening originally as a Gus Mayer department store, in 1988 it was reopened as chef Frank Stitt's Italian themed restaurant Bottega. This has been a member of the National Register of Historic Places since 1986.
