CAC's Gourmet Deli was a deli and meat and three restaurant at 218 Main Street in Trussville. The menu featured a steam table with various choices in addition to a full deli serving various types of sandwiches. The restaurant opened in 1999 and closed in March 2000. Today the Cafe on Main can be found in its place.
