CAC's Gourmet Deli

CAC's Gourmet Deli was a deli and meat and three restaurant at 218 Main Street in Trussville. The menu featured a steam table with various choices in addition to a full deli serving various types of sandwiches. Owned and operated by local residents Marc and Peggy Watson, its name, CAC's, was created by using the initials of their three children's first names. The restaurant opened in 1999 and closed in March 2000. Today the Cafe on Main can be found in its place.
