The Cahaba Girl Scout Council is the Girl Scout Council serving the Birmingham District including the counties of Blount, Cherokee, Etowah, Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair and Walker. It was chartered by the Girl Scouts of the United States of America on January 1, 1958, and has since grown to serve 13,000 girls and 3,500 adults annually. The local headquarters is located in Inverness at 105 Heatherbrooke Park Drive.
