Carl Bailey (born April 23, 1958, in Birmingham) is a retired professional basketball center who played one career game in the NBA.

Bailey graduated from Jackson-Olin High School, and attended Tuskegee Institute.

He was selected by the Seattle SuperSonics in the 3rd round (66th overall pick) of the 1980 NBA Draft.

During the 1981-82 NBA season, Bailey played seven minutes of one game with the Portland Trail Blazers, scoring a single field goal.
