Celida "Celi" Soto (born June 24, in New Jersey) is the Hunger Advocacy Coordinator for Alabama Arise, serves as Board President for SWEET Alabama, and is a co-founder of Alabama Rally Against Injustice.

Soto graduated from Rutgers University in 2002 with a dual degree in administration of justice and sociology. She has two sons and lives in the Bush Hills Neighborhood Association. Throughout her career she has worked as the educational liaison with the UAB Minority Health and Health Disparities Research Center (MHRC), for the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Census Bureau, and the Social Security Administration. In 2018 she served on the Social Justice Committee for the Woodfin Transition Team.
